Papa has an unusual life: Born in Wuxi, his parents died early and he was brought up by his grandma.  At the year of eight, after the old woman's death, he was adopted by his aunt in Shanghai and then he spent  most of his childhood there until he attended medical college in Suzhou.  After graduation, he worked in Wuxi and got married with Mama.  Then the Culture Revolution began...
