This is an ideal month to either improve your typing skills or teach your self. Although it may be generally uncommon, you have little episodes of mental confusion. Try to develop greater patience with yourself and others. You get a lot of use out of your stereo. You may adamantly assert that something is "not true." Don't be surprised however, if people start complaining if you express doubts about something they have a conviction about. On the other hand, you may have some persuasive intuition about something that is hard to ignore. Do not get hung up emotionally by episodes of silence in a relationship or with loved ones -- sometimes as a culture we get too preoccupied with aimless chatting. Be kind and patient with yourself and others.

You seem either a little confused by some odd billing on electrical service -- or there may be an occasion this month where power could temporarily be suspended -- if so perhaps due to bad weather. Don't be offended if something you are asking for -- is denied or held back. You could also find yourself turning down a request. You could either agree to something quickly or find that someone wants to "change" the terms of their agreement with you. Body aches could be a clue that you are vulnerable to a cold and should boost your immune system with herbs and vitamins. It may be necessary to ask someone to return something that they earlier borrowed from you. Children could be part of a planned or unplanned restaurant outing.

You seem urgent about trying to correct a "mistake." There is above average indications of harmony with relatives and an opportunity to express and receive appreciation from loved ones. You may experience constant cravings for sweets. You are more than usually skeptical about something you hear about and are not prepared yet to take any action until your doubts are fewer. You certainly have a "good laugh" about something, indeed you may laugh to the point you bring a tear to the eye. Something associated with insurance may require your attention shortly. You may have a few extra keys to add to a key chain.

The old figure of speech...that something is as good as gold may have some bearing on a situation. You take a delight in discovering Truth. However, be patient and gracious with people who's interests are in subjects and entertainment that you find acutely boring. Consider it a "penance" to to keep someone company even if they have bad taste in movies or TV. A much needed cycle of mental optimism seems to lock in for many of this sign so long as you don't get too aggressive expressing your opinions. You may look forward to receiving something in the mail. Icy weather conditions could complicate even short distance travel. Don't let a car passenger try your patience while driving.

You would prefer to "skip" doing something. You can be quite resourceful when it comes to finding shortcuts when traveling. Medical personnel could figure in events some way this month. If you appear placid to others when they make you angry, they may falsely assume that something doesn't bother you -- and just go on doing it. Its better to let off a little steam occasionally than to bottle it all up until the last straw is on the camel's back. There might be some surprises connected with certain Leos you have fallen out of contact with. You could budget for the repair or replacement of furniture. You can't take someone 's word for it over the phone, if possible study their countenance to determine their truthfulness.

You seem to be noticeably fatigued. Its possible that you either are not eating enough or not eating right. Make some changes in your diet and you may see a big improvement in your energy level. Consider pancakes. You seem to have less staying power when it comes to either dealing with banks or following the progress of a legal matter. Hope is a virtue but worry is not, therefore let you imagination dwell on an ideal outcome to something. However, be careful of taking risks with your money. It may pay to comparison shop. You could be uncomfortable with someone's tone of voice over the telephone.

An unusual situation develops involving a someone's pet at work. Or you learn more about a co-workers pet than their actual family. You may have practical advice to give some one concerning the care of a pet. During the first half of the month drive defensively. Remind your guardian angel to watch over you. You know the right approach to take with someone who's emotional about some trials they are going through. You may have contact with someone "out west." You have a keen eye for spotting changes in something that others miss. Cancer is a sign with an instinctive desire to store food, now with the Y2K crisis looming in 2000 is a good time to think about building up a pantry.

Leo

July 23 to August 22, 23

Preventing health problems from developing is better than waiting for them to take hold and then treating the symptoms. Oddly enough, you seem especially vulnerable to burns or scalds to the hands when cooking -- be careful. If you make a decision in a purely ego-centric manner you could over look the long term consequences of that choice. Its not an over statement to say that a particular decision may have consequences in eternity. If you are battling depression let go pride, it may be the real source of negative emotions. You are lucky, but ironically, when you least expect it. You seem rather awkward handling some solitary time. Single Leos might meet someone that seems enamored of them, but, use good judgment and discernment of character.

By mid month, a two month cycle begins that will certainly bring with it much joy and may things to celebrate. Let your light shine and be grateful for all that you have been Blessed with, take nothing for granted. You are growing in wisdom as opposed to mere intelligence. There are opportunities for you to appreciate and enjoy Truth and get out of thinking in purely subjective, relative terms. Perhaps you "recognize" the "signs of the times" prophetically that this generation is living in. Early in the month however, don't become angry with imperfections. If you enjoy travel and have an attraction for wilderness, there may be a way to combine these things. A successful completion to some personal project is forseen.

You have a sense of vindication or "victory" in some situation this month. Even though it may go against your nature to be reclusive, there may be some spiritual value to limiting your social contact for the time being -- allow for some quiet tranquil time to pray. You need to break through a sense of futility in your job situation, frustration will eventually give way to happier experiences. Build up your immune system with extra herbs and vitamins, you are vulnerable to infections near the end of the month. Know your enemy but don't magnify them: recognize that the true source of human conflict cannot be seen with the eye but is spiritual. Therefore don't resist an adversary through your limited human strength but rely on God to turn them around.

You are clever with accounting or working with numbers. Prayer that is persevering is eventually successful. You may enjoy a change of locale from an opportunity for long distance travel. Watch your temper towards the end of the month and be composed if there is a delay. You can put a lot of energy into avoiding something. Early in the month there may be a little uneasiness about a health issue. There may be a specific "part" to something electronic or mechanical that may have to be replaced shortly. Unexpectedly you hear music that reawakens past memories. Sailing may appeal to some with the opportunity to do so.

Recognize that depression does not come from God. Fight against despair by making a point of frequent prayer and attend church to receive supernatural grace to over the spirit of despair. To help improve moods consider using full spectrum light bulbs in place of your current ones also consider obtaining a good quality air filter/ionizer -- a surprising number of problems are solved by cleaning the air --that we take for granted. For the time being reduce or suspend gambling. You have some vulnerability at present to a chest cold or cough. You can obtain the grace to be persevering in a relationship. Let go of a desire to change or control others, simply trust that prayer can turn them around even when human effort fails.
